​The Nervous System Reset is a three-session journey over six weeks for women who want to heal from the effects of a toxic relationship and begin recognizing themselves again. This isn’t a program with steps to follow or techniques to practice. Each session of gentle conversational hypnosis meets you exactly where you are, helping to uncover and shift the patterns that helped you survive — the ones that may still be shaping how you think, feel, and see yourself.

Each session can last up to two hours. Here’s how the journey unfolds.

​

 

Session One: Creating safe ground

We begin by slowing everything down and creating safe ground. As we talk through what’s been happening for you, we gently notice the patterns beneath the surface — the doubts, the emotional tension, and the ways you may have adapted to keep the peace. This is often where people begin to feel their nervous system settle. Things that have been swirling inside finally begin to make sense, and many people experience a sense of relief simply from seeing the situation more clearly.

 

Session Two: Understanding what changed

As you begin to feel more steady, deeper patterns emerge. You start to recognize certain beliefs, reactions, and habits that formed during the relationship — often without you realizing it at the time. As these patterns become clearer, the confusion many people carry after a toxic relationship, begins to lift. What once felt overwhelming starts to make sense, and you begin to see new possibilities for how to move forward.

 

Session Three: Recognising yourself again

By this stage, most people feel noticeably calmer and more grounded. The mental noise begins to quieten, your perspective becomes clearer, and the part of you that knows what feels right for you, starts to come back online. You can now look ahead to what comes next — from a place that feels true to who you are. You leave with greater self-trust, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of yourself, with greater self-trust, emotional steadiness, and a renewed sense of who you are.
