​I offer a three-session journey over six weeks for women who want to heal from the effects of a toxic relationship and begin recognising themselves again. This isn’t a rigid program with steps to follow or techniques to practice. Each session of gentle conversational hypnosis meets you exactly where you are, helping us uncover and shift the patterns the relationship left behind — the ones that may still be shaping how you think, feel, and see yourself.

Each session can last up to two hours. Here’s how the journey unfolds.

Session One: Creating safe ground

​

We slow everything down and create safe ground. As you begin to talk through what’s been happening for you, we gently notice the patterns beneath the surface — the doubts, the emotional tension, the ways you may have adapted just to keep the peace. For many people this first session brings a sense of relief, because things that have been swirling inside, finally start to make sense.

Session Two: Understanding what changed

​

With more ease in your system, deeper patterns can begin to emerge. You start to recognize how certain beliefs, reactions, and habits formed during the relationship — often without you realizing it at the time. As these patterns become clearer, the confusion that many people carry after toxic relationships, often begins to lift. Things start to fall into place.

Session Three: Recognising yourself again

​

By this stage, people often feel noticeably steadier. The mental noise quietens. Your perspective becomes clearer. And the part of you that knows what feels right for your life begins to speak again. Together we look forward to what comes next — from a place that feels more like you. You leave with greater self-trust, emotional steadiness, and a renewed sense of who you are.
