This isn’t a structured program. There’s no checklist or rigid path to follow. Each session meets you exactly where you are, helping you make sense of what’s been happening and find a way forward that feels good to you. Each session can be up to two hours in length.  Here’s what we’ll do together…

 

Session One: A Gentle Beginning

You arrive exactly as you are.
We slow everything down and create steady, safe ground — especially important after relationships that have left you feeling unsettled or unsure of yourself.

As your system begins to settle, things start to make more sense. You’re supported to notice what’s been happening beneath the surface — the feelings, patterns, and quiet tensions you haven’t had space to understand. Many people experience a sense of relief here. Not because we push for answers, but because you’re finally being met in a way that allows things to soften and settle.

 

Session Two: Seeing the Bigger Picture

With more ease in your system, deeper layers can gently come into view. You begin to notice patterns that have been shaping how you relate, respond, and protect yourself — things often learned in close relationships. We follow these threads together, only as far as feels right for you. This is often where meaningful insight emerges, helping things click into place without pressure or overwhelm.

 

Session Three: A Clear Way Forward

By now, you have a steadier sense of yourself. You begin to hear your own voice again — the part of you that knows what feels true, real, and right for you.

Together, we sense into what comes next. You leave with greater self-trust, more emotional steadiness, and a way forward that feels honest, grounded, and supportive of who you are now.

Hi, I’m Dawn Chitty and I am here to support you when you feel unsettled, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself — after a relationships has left you struggling to move on. I’m here to sit with you — calmly and steadily — and help you access what’s been hard to see or feel clearly on your own, so that you can move forward with confidence.

 

Through a gentle, conversational style of hypnotherapy, we take the time to understand what’s been happening beneath the surface, and begin finding a way forward that feels honest and right for you. This place you’re in right now — I know it well, and you’re not alone. For a long time, I too, was functioning, not thriving. Pleasing, performing, holding everything together. Doing what I thought I should do — while quietly losing myself in the process. I didn’t feel seen. I didn’t feel understood. And I couldn’t see a way forward. Eventually, something inside me whispered, “This can’t be it — there has to be another way.”
 

That moment marked the beginning of my own healing — a chance to slow down, listen, and begin reconnecting with myself. Now, this is the space I hold for you.
